I use SOLIDWORKS software to create products capable of tackling tasks required by farmers and agricultural contractors. It is an ideal agricultural engineering design solution given its specialist tools to simulate complex machinery made up of any parts while ensuring it can cope with the demands asked of it.
Traditional Design To Manufacturing Systems Can Waste Time, Effort and Money
Agricultural machinery can be expensive given the number of parts and assembly involved. Using Computer Aided Design (CAD) you save time and money from the very start of the process. CAD reduces reliance on prototypes as you can virtually test your designs before anything physical has been created. The SOLIDWORKS simulations clearly display any weak areas that could cause issues, you can then adjust the design to increase a product's efficiency and reliability. All this before any steel has been cut.
